The task body is a TOML literal string, so its backslashes reach the shell
verbatim. Escapes written for a basic string doubled up: the package-name
sed matched a literal backslash and the rockspec sed split into bogus file
arguments, failing before any rockspec was written.

`luarocks upload` packs the source rock into the repository root, which
left the working copy dirty after every release. The other panto-*
release repos already ignore it; match them.

The public clone path includes /public/; without it luarocks upload cannot clone the tag.
|
|
Copy the standard release plumbing from the other panto-* extension repos so ship can cut the initial release.
